TeLCo-NoTEs: The purpose of the SAI is to support communication between the SAS and the IAP switch. Typically, an automated SAS is located in a central location, and IAP switches are distributed over a wide geographical area. It may not be realistic to establish “dedicated” channels (such as leased lines) from the SAS to all switches. Therefore, the channel between the SAS and the IAP switch must be supported by some type of packet or connection-oriented network. The use of dial-up channels for the SAI is not supported. --- CQR — Circuit Query Response Message EFnet #phreak quotes: <b_> DID YOU HAVE FUN AT PUMPCON? <ip> yeah. <ip> i had a fuckin blast. <b_> ip: I had fun blasting urine on you News, Updates and Rants: 05/14/2008 - Digital Information Society's infrastructure is going through much needed and major changes over the next few weeks and certain systems and services will be temporarily unavailable during this time.
